Buyers Representative

During the course of Buying your NEW HOME, there will be many questions that will arise.

My job is to make sure that any and all of your questions are answered expeditiously and effectively.

My goal is to make sure that this transaction is seamless and that you are aware, that I'm always there for you!

    • As your REALTOR Osnat will represent you on your NEW HOME PURCHASE;
    • Home Buyer to be PRE-APPROVED by Lender;
    • Home searching begins when Osnat (as your REALTOR), will begin the search for your perfect home.
    • After Buyer finds the perfect home, an offer to be written with your REALTOR.
    • Your REALTOR to present your offer to the listing agent.
    • After the offer is accepted, we open ESCROW.
    • Buyers to submit deposit in ESCROW within 3 days after escrow is opened.
    • Paperwork, including Seller disclosures will be provided to Buyer within 7 days after acceptance of offer.
    • Lender to order the home appraisal on behalf of buyers.
    • Buyers to schedule home inspections. 
    • After the home inspections, Buyers to submit to Seller a request for repair.
    • Buyers to discuss contingency removals with REALTOR.
    • Buyers to receive ESCROW INSTRUCTIONS from ESCROW. (Buyers to fill out and complete Escrow Instructions and return to Escrow).
    • UTILITIES- Schedule the transfer to your name.
    • Loan Funds (Typically 1-2 days prior to the closing date).
    • CLOSING- Title transfer, COE (Close of Escrow).
    • THE BEST PARTt- Buyer to receive the keys to their NEW HOME.
